Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UltraGPT service (the "Service", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

UltraGPT is a Telegram-based productivity assistant that gives you access to third-party artificial-intelligence models (including, but not limited to, those operated by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other providers) for chat, image and video generation, document analysis, voice transcription and synthesis, web search, and translation. The Service is delivered exclusively inside the Telegram messenger via the bot account @ultra_gpt_ai_bot.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is not directed to children under 13.

Your Telegram account serves as your account with us. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and for all activity that occurs through it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute illegal content, including but not limited to: child sexual abuse material, content that incites violence or terrorism, fraud, malware, or content that infringes the intellectual-property rights of others.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, automate access to, or otherwise abuse the Service in a way that interferes with its normal operation.
• Use the Service to defame, harass, threaten, or harm any individual.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, including export-control and sanctions laws.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate this section, without prior notice and without refund for usage already consumed.

4. Payments & credits

The Service offers paid features charged either as a one-time credit purchase or a subscription pass (e.g. "PRO 24h"). Payments are processed by certified third-party payment providers (currently: Stripe, Telegram Stars, and select cryptocurrency rails via Cryptomus). We do not store full card numbers or banking credentials.

Credit balances reflect the value remaining on your account and may be used to invoke any feature within the Service. Prices and credit-to-feature conversion rates are displayed inside the bot at the time of purchase or usage and may change for future purchases — never retroactively.

5. Refunds

Our refund policy is described in detail at ultragpt.ai/refunds.html. In short: we offer pro-rata refunds within 7 days of purchase if you've used less than 20 % of the purchased pack, and refunds for unused subscription time. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

6. Content you submit

You retain ownership of any text, image, audio, document, or other content that you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you — e.g. relaying it to the underlying AI provider, storing chat history so the assistant can reference prior turns, and showing you the model's response.

7. AI-generated output

The Service relies on third-party AI models that may produce inaccurate, biased, or otherwise unsuitable output. AI-generated text, images, video, and audio are provided "as is" with no warranty as to accuracy, appropriateness, fitness for any particular purpose, or non-infringement. You are solely responsible for verifying output before relying on it in any meaningful decision and for ensuring its further use complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

8. Intellectual property

The Service itself, including its design, source code, and brand assets, is owned by UltraGPT and protected by applicable IP laws. The bot's name, logo and "UltraGPT" wordmark are our property. Third-party AI providers retain ownership of their respective models and brand names.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by blocking the Telegram bot. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any unused, non-expired credits in accordance with our refund policy.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-bot at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence to the extent required by local consumer-protection regulation, and otherwise by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
